The Role
An exciting opportunity to work within the Purchasing team, supporting the team in quickly, and accurately carrying out day-to-day tasks. The role will involve liaising with teams across the business, along with our suppliers on a daily basis, maintaining and processing a variety of data, to ensure all required information is received and processed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining products in our system
- Keeping supplier audit files up to date
- Processing supplier price changes
- Maintaining local promotional calendars
- Raising monthly promotional claims and invoices
- Monthly reporting for marketing and the wider business
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Person Specification
- Able to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Can clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Organised, meticulous, and able to analyse and interpret data
- Personable and approachable
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products – particularly Excel
- Able to quickly pick up and understand new systems
